ClearPath Franchise Match, a firm that connects franchisors with “growth-oriented” franchisees seeking to diversify their portfolios, this week named an executive team that includes Helen Lao as CEO and Marci DuBois as president.
In addition, the company named former Blaze Pizza Chief Development Officer Carolyne Canady an executive advisor, along with former Wingstop CDO Madison Jobe.
Lao is the founder of the executive placement firm ClearPath Solutions and will serve as the chief executive of the franchise matchmaking service.
“Our collective relationships and reputation within the industry puts us in a unique situation to find matches for franchisees looking to expand and diversify their portfolios with the right growth brands,” Lao said in a statement.
DuBois, a partner in the firm, will operate day-to-day operations for ClearPath Franchise Match. She is a former Taco Bell franchising executive, having spent the past six years leading franchising efforts in North America.
Canady has held various management positions in the industry and is currently a franchisee of Dave’s Hot Chicken. Jobe spent years in the industry before retiring from Wingstop earlier this year.
