Drawing for Apple iPad mini: Participation in the drawing is open to all participants in the CSP Business Media survey ("Survey"); provided that the Survey participant submits the contact data requested in the Survey, completes all questions in the Survey and has been invited to participate in this survey. Employees of CSP Business Media and its affiliates are not eligible. From all completed Survey submissions received on or before May 10, 2013, CSP will select two (2) winners. The Drawing will be held on a date and time as determined by CSP Business Media in its sole and absolute discretion. Winner will be notified in phone or email by CSP Business Media. In the case of the winner not responding within 14 calendar days, their win will be regarded as cancelled and an alternative winner will be selected. No cash alternatives will be offered, nor will the winners be entitled to any other form of compensation. All decisions of CSP Business Media shall be final. Recourse to courts is expressly excluded. Names of winners will not be published by CSP Business Media without the prior written consent of the winner and/or the winner's employer. Winners shall be responsible for all taxes (if any, e.g., income, sales, import) attributable to the winner's receipt of the iPad mini. This Drawing and Survey participants/eligibility shall be void where prohibited by law or business policies of the participant's employer.
