Clay Dover to become CMO of Pei Wei

Marketing veteran Clay Dover said he has agreed to become the first chief marketing officer of Pei Wei Diner, the fast-casual sister concept of P.F. Chang’s.

The job change comes for Dover after serving for nearly seven years as CMO for Raising Cane’s, the fast-casual chicken-fingers chain. Earlier, he was the CEO of Metromedia Restaurant Group, the parent of Steak and Ale and Bennigan’s, and, before that, vice president of marketing for Houlihan’s.

Dover announced the job change on his Facebook page.
