Creditors Overwhelmingly Approve W.S. Lee & Son



As of the final day of balloting on Thursday, March 30, more than 94% of all creditors voted in favor of the Plan of Reorganization that the company filed with the Federal Bankruptcy Court several months ago. The company has significantly more backing than is required to emerge from bankruptcy pending Court approval of the Plan, the distributorship said.
