Elko Food Service, founded in 1999 by Aaron Taylor, has doubled the size of its warehouse in the past five years by purchasing the warehouse and land that it originally leased.
The distributorship expects growth in dry, refrigerated, frozen and non-foods categories and looks to Golbon to help it pursue these segments.
