Farmer Boys names Larry Rusinko CMO

Fast-casual chain Farmer Boys has named Larry Rusinko chief marketing officer, the breakfast-and burger company announced this week.

Rusinko succeeds Farmer Boys President and COO Karen Eadon, who was promoted from the CMO position in May.

"Farmer Boys continues to grow and Larry is undoubtedly the right person to oversee our marketing efforts," Eadon said in a statement. "He is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of leveraging consumer insights to drive sales and profitability during significant periods of expansion."

Prior to joining 84-unit Farmer Boys, Rusinko most recently served as an independent consultant on multi-unit restaurant business challenges, the company said. He previously held senior-level marketing roles at Rubio’s Coastal Grill, Friendly’s and Panera Bread
