Favorite Foods Hosts Suppliers and Operators at

The "Favorite Foods 2006 Hit the Jackpot Food Show" themed show allowed many of the area's leading independent restaurants to visit with more than 100 foodservice manufacturers and service providers and sample thousands of items. In addition to the foodservice manufacturers who were exhibiting at the show, Favorite Foods also invited students from Southern New Hampshire University's Culinary Arts Department to demonstrate cooking techniques and ideas throughout the day.

At the end of the show, New Hampshire Food Bank was invited to pick up more than 3,300 lbs. of food donated by Favorite Foods and many supporting manufacturers.

"There was such a great variety that we have been able to supply food pantries, soup kitchens, and children's homes," stated Michele Garon of the food bank. "Thank you again for providing us with this great opportunity."
