Culver’s is growing and expanding into new markets, but it is still a small-town Midwest chain at its core.

Prairie du Sac, Wis.-based Culver’s is a 700-unit quick-service chain is known for its Butterburgers, an unusually broad menu with Midwestern items such as cheese curds and frozen custard, and the bright blue awnings and its locations.

Culver talks about the chain’s growth, Midwestern roots and heritage. Koss discusses the chain’s current plans and its strategies for using technology and delivery.
