Fox is one of the industry’s most influential concept creators. He has created 20 unique restaurants, including North Italia, Flower Child, True Food Kitchen. In 2019 his company was sold to Cheesecake Factory in one of the industry’s most unique deals in recent years.

He speaks about his start in the industry, why he dropped out of college to open a restaurant, and about that restaurant’s early struggles. Fox talks about what he learned from that era. He also talks about what makes a restaurant successful, and life after the Cheesecake deal.
