Fleming’s adds a second, later happy hour

The Fleming’s steakhouse chain is adding a second work night happy hour for 8 to 10 p.m., citing research that shows professionals are working later into the night.

The traffic push, marketed as “8 for $9 ‘til 10,” features value-oriented food selections as well as $9 wines and cocktails. Included in the special bar menu are a Filet Mignon Flatbread and Lobster Lettuce Wraps.

The promotional cocktails include a Chocolate Lava Milkshake and a chai-based alcoholic drink.

All 66 Fleming’s restaurants will continue to feature a lower-priced happy hour from 5 to 7 p.m.  It’s known as “5 for $6 ‘til 7.”
