Former COO of The Counter joins Sauce Pizza & Wine

Bryan Vincentini, former chief operating officer at The Counter Custom Built Burgers, has been named COO of Sauce Pizza & Wine, the fast-casual Italian chain announced Thursday.

In his new role, Vincentini will “steer the growth” of the nine-unit regional concept, Sauce Pizza & Wine said.

Prior to his stint at The Counter, Vincentini served as senior director of operations at the RA Sushi chain, where he worked alongside RA Sushi co-founder Scott Kilpatrick, who currently serves as Sauce Pizza & Wine’s CEO.

“Bryan has been a vital part of the success of every brand that he has worked for,” Kilpatrick said in a statement. “With his extensive understanding of the industry and his strategic vision, I know that he will help us take this concept to the next level.”

Vincentini parted ways with The Counter earlier this summer. He was replaced by former Del Frisco’s COO Edie Ames.
