The French-born couple that operates Bastille restaurant in Alexandria, Va., has pledged to help victims of the terrorist attacks on their home country by donating $10 to the Red Cross for each order they sell of a new prix-fixe meal.

The $45, four-course Beaujolais Nouveau meal will be offered Nov. 19-21.    The deal celebrates the release of this year’s Beaujolais Nouveau at 12:01 a.m. Thursday.

The charitable component of the deal was conceived by Chris and Michelle Poteaux, the chef and pastry chef, respectively, of their bistro in the Old Town section of Alexandria.
