Golbon Adds Two Distributor Members

BOISE, Idaho (May 9, 2011)—Golbon announced that Oregon Beef Company and Reed and Hertig Packing have joined as new distributor members, effective May 1, 2011.

Reed and Hertig is a 45-year-old, foodservice supplier in Warrenton, Ore., with a focus on center-of-the plate. They also have a cash-and-carry retail store.

Oregon Beef Company in Madras, Ore. has more than 30 years experience providing the central Oregon area with meat products from their USDA-inspected slaughterhouse.  

Both companies have a customer base consisting of a broad range of segments that will provide opportunities for product expansion in existing categories as well as opportunities to expand into new product categories.
