Prior to his appointment at Anchor, Hoeper, who will be based in Chicago, served in the same capacity at Alcoa Packaging for three years where he developed and implemented strategies to expand existing business and initiate new opportunities with high-profile customers including Kraft, Dannon, General Mills, Heinz, Smuckers and Nestle.
Previous to his employment at Alcoa, Hoeper held similar national account positions at Huhtamaki and Packaging Resources, Inc. He has also held other positions, including director of sales and marketing manager.
