ID NEWS: Ahold publishes 2002 Annual Report (English version)

ZAANDAM, The Netherland. - Royal Ahold has published the English version of its 2002 Annual Report and has posted it on its Website (www.Ahold.com).

In the interests of complete disclosure, Ahold says it ished to point out that it has corrected inadvertent mistakes in item 3 of Form 20F, published on October 17. The amended item 3 has been filed with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) and will have no impact on reported results and financial position.
