PROVIDENCE, RI - The MultiCultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance (MFHA), has announced new officer appointments and 11 new board members.

Incoming board members include Lori Wolner, senior director, corporate diversity, Sysco Corp., Catherine Phillips, vice president, marketing, Tyson Foods, Inc., Michael Luker, president, Sunny Fresh Foods, Gene Lee, president and coo, Rare Hospitality, Jim Miller, vice president and general manager, Institutional Div. of Ecolab; Lou Kaucic, cpo, Applebee's International, Nicole, Hohnson-Reece, vice president, diversity & community involvement, Cendant Hotel Group, Victor Glover, svp, safety, security and diversity, Accor North America, Norman Hill, svp, human resources, CBRL Group, and Eddie Barea, president of Uniform Authority, and Barbara Oliver, associate publisher, MBE Magazine.

Existing board members have stepped up to officer roles: Catalina Ganis, svp of Elliot Associates, Inc., is MFHA chair-elect; Steve Caldeira, vp of Pepsi-Cola North America, is secretary; Daniel Halpern, president & ceo of Jackmount Hospitality, is treasurer.
