ID NEWS: Sysco/Pittsburgh warehouse employees accept new contract

Warehousemen at Sysco Food Services of Pittsburgh, Inc., have ratified a three-year contract, as reported by the Associated Press.

An overwhelming majority of the approximately 130 workers voted to accept the contract, according to Richard Queer, business agent for the United Food and Commercial Workers Local 23. Employees had rejected an earlier deal and have been working under a rolling contract extension since February 28.
