The report details the legal framework of the regulations, equal employment opportunity and affirmative action obligations for federal contractors and subcontractors, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP )compliance evaluations, and Internet applicant definitions. The report also provides practical tips for surviving compliance reviews and insights on important considerations in recordkeeping, data analyses, applicant tracking, use of employment tests, and more. An affirmative action plan checklist and a sample conciliation agreement are provided in the appendices section of the report.
