Innovation On: Planning Council Defines Agenda for DSC 2011

FORT WORTH, TX (February 15, 2011)—IFDA’s Distribution Solutions Conference is an annual event that showcases the latest trends, products and innovations in foodservice distribution, and advises industry leaders on strategically implementing these solutions. 

The 2011 Distribution Solutions Conference (DSC) Planning Council met in late January to create an agenda for the event that incorporates varied and valuable topics for foodservice and convenience distributors.

The 2011 conference takes place October 24 - 26 at the Fort Worth Convention Center in Texas, and includes plans for a tour of Cowboys Stadium. This year’s theme is: “Innovation On”  is believed to express the sentiment that for distributors, “improving your game never ends.”

Now entering its sixth year, the annual conference focuses on operational excellence, leveraging technology, and provides both tactical and strategic insights.

The Distribution Solutions Conference is the premier industry-wide conference addressing distribution, technology, human resources, supply chain, technology, and executive topics. The conference is supported by IFDA, the American Wholesale Marketers Association, UniPro Foodservice, Progressive Group Alliance, F.A.B., Inc., Golbon, Legacy Foodservice Alliance, Federated Foodservice, Bellissimo Foods, and Independent Marketing Alliance.
