Captain D’s names new director of operations

Captain D’s has promoted Summer Sims to the position of director of operations. Sims will be in charge of overseeing the operations and financial responsibilities of Oklahoma, Mississippi, Arkansas and Alabama territories, as well as helping to hire and develop professional talent in those areas.

Sims has been with Captain D’s for over 20 years, starting at the seafood chain as a guest specialist and later working in several other positions related to restaurant operations. Throughout her time at the chain, Sims has received various accolades, according to Captain D's, including “Best In District” and a Company Values Award.
