Little Greek adds a COO

Bryan St.George had previously been the fast casual’s vice president of operations and development.

Fast-casual chain Little Greek Fresh Grill has promoted Bryan St.George to chief operations officer.

St.George has previously worked for TGI Fridays, Beef ‘O’ Brady’s, Arby’s, Big Boy and Boneheads Franchise LLC. He had been vice president of operations and development for Little Greek.

Little Greek Fresh Grill has about 40 units, the majority of which are franchised. It has expansion plans in Dallas and Orlando, Fla.

“We are lucky to have Bryan in this new role for Little Greek Fresh Grill and working with our franchise operators,” said Nick Vojnovic, the company’s president of franchise development, in a statement. “He brings extensive restaurant experience to our table.”
