Mongolian Concepts has promoted its director of culinary and supply chain to VP.

Becca McIntyre has been with the owner of Genghis Grill, FlatTop Grill and bd's Mongolian Grill for nearly seven years. The promotion is a tribute to her accomplishments over that time, said Mongolian CEO Gregg Majewski in a statement.

McIntyre will lead "extensive" development of new menu items across the three create-your-own-bowl brands. She will also take over vendor relationships and distribution.

She said the endless possibilities of the build-your-own format were what drew her to the company back in 2015.

“Becoming the Vice President of Culinary and Supply Chain right now is extremely exciting as we step up our game in the restaurant industry and introduce extensive development of new menu items, food quality, beverage initiatives and technology,” she said in a statement.

Mongolian Concepts is in the midst of a revitalization under Majewski, with a particular focus on improving its menus and ingredients. The Irving, Texas-based company has more than 75 locations across its three brands.
