Mississippi Association Recognizes Merchants Foodservice as Supplier of Year

The Mississippi Hospitality & Restaurant Association recently held its annual fund raising event for their Education Foundation. Dubbed 2007 Chefs of Mississippi Awards Gala, featured Iron Chef Cat Cora, and provided an opportunity for the association to recognize outstanding leaders in the restaurant industry.

Merchants Foodservice, a 104-year-old company, is an ID Top 50 distributorship and a member of F.A.B. (Frosty Acres Brands), Inc. The broadliner covers the southeastern United States, and was also recently recognized by the Mississippi Business Journal as one of the fasted 40 growing companies in Mississippi.
