PMA Mourns Death of Bob Grimm

In a statement by Bryan Silberman, PMA president, Grimm was remembered for being devoted to his family, associates at Grimmway Farms, his faith and community.

"His journey from co-owner of a produce stand to president of Grimmway Farms was characterized by his quiet leadership and a commitment to mentoring the next generation of produce leaders whose lives he touched along the way. His unshakable belief in the power of people should be an inspiration to us all," Silverman said.

"I am at a loss to fully explain the depth of impact of Bob's guidance on my professional life and how the extraordinary example of how he lived has affected not only my life but also countless others," added Lisa McNeece, vice president, foodservice and industrial sales, Grimmway Farms, and a current member of the PMA Board of Directors.

Silberman extended the PMA's condolences to Grimm's wife, Kari, his children, Brandon, Kellie, Brett, Chase and David, and his company associates.
