Reinhart To Acquire Southern Foods, Inc.

ROSEMONT, IL (July 19, 2013)—Reinhart Foodservice, L.L.C. has announced an agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Southern Foods, Inc., a family-owned broadline distributor serving nearly 1,200 accounts in the Kentucky area, as well as parts of Tennessee and Indiana. The transaction is expected to close before the end of the month.
