Sexual-abuse arrest casts a shadow on NYC’s famed Four Seasons

Julian Niccolini, the co-owner of the Four Seasons restaurant in New York City, was arrested Wednesday following a sexual assault claim, the New York Times reports.

The 62-year-old restaurateur surrendered to police and was arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court, where he was charged with a single felony count of sexual abuse.

The alleged victim is a 28-year-old woman who claims Niccolini touched her legs and buttocks and tried to kiss her during a party at the restaurant. Police say the woman is an acquaintance of Niccolini's.
