We bake our own bread, grind our meat and make cheeses, mustards, seasonal pickles and other condiments onsite. We turned Bar M, the bar within our brasserie-style restaurant, into a charcuterie and cheese bar, complete with a charcuterie barista. This gives the staff a chance to interface personally with guests by describing our homemade items and suggesting a choice of condiments to accompany a platter of meats, or mustards to go with a short rib corn dog.
