It’s important to have an executive team that shares your moral approach and business approach. There is no one on my senior team whom I don’t like. That doesn’t mean I’m a “yes” man; I set very clear expectations. But it does mean that I go to work every day with friends—and together, we grow the business and build a culture of fun.
