Cutting waste at the bar with a roll of the wrist

When finishing a customer's drink pour, practice "rolling" your wrist to immediately stop the flow of liquor; when done correctly, you won't spill a single drop. It sounds obvious and perhaps nit-picky, but nearly every time I sit down at an establishment, whether a neighborhood bar or an upscale steakhouse, I observe this industry offense. Makes me wish all those small spills could somehow end up in bottles at MY house!
