You have to be able to rely on your people. And if you can’t rely on them you have to let them go. We’re in the process of transitioning from a small to medium company, so it’s very important that I can pass things off to other people. You don’t always know if you’ve hired the right person. You have to be willing to pull the trigger, but you also have to be willing to pull the trigger on the other side if they’re not working out.
