I’m excited about a more authentic take on Asian cuisine and a style of dining that is similar to what you would find in open-air markets throughout Asia. I love the use of fresh ingredients that are cultivated onsite, the unique and exotic spices found in many of the dishes and the healthy and fast preparation of the food.
