I am excited about the new wine on tap movement. As a grape grower and wine producer, I spend a minimum of $24 per case on the packaging alone: bottle, cork, label, foil, cardboard. And this is before I even put my wine in a bottle! Wine on tap will save me—and the wine buyer and restaurant—a great deal of money...and save the planet at the same time with no waste. Fine wine in a keg, not a bottle.
