The limited-service Asian/Noodle category is small, at less than $4.6 billion, but fast-growing. Thanks to chains like Panda Express, which increased sales by 14% in 2016, and Noodles & Company, which grew sales 8%, the menu category is up 10.7% over 2015. Asian/Noodle chains among the Top 500 have 5.2% more units overall.
