Fazoli’s debuts loyalty app

Fazoli’s has launched a new app-based loyalty program.

The Fazoli's Rewards app allows users to earn one point for every dollar spent and rewards them with a $5 coupon for every 50 points earned. Users can also use the app to find their nearest Fazoli’s location and place and pay for a pickup order online. To celebrate the app’s launch, users who download and sign up for the app will receive a free Baked Spaghetti.

Currently only available at corporate locations, Fazoli’s is planning to introduce the app at franchise locations by spring 2018. Once the app is available at all locations, the chain plans to roll out additional features in the app such as gift card purchasing and sharing.

"We are thrilled to announce the launch of our first mobile loyalty app to provide our guests with even greater convenience when eating out," said Carl Howard, CEO of Fazoli’s, in a statement. "At Fazoli's, we're constantly looking for ways to elevate the brand experience, and this new technology will not only reward Fazoli's fans and entice them to keep coming back for more, but will also drive long-term profitability for our franchisees."
