Tijuana Flats names Monique Yeager CMO

Tijuana Flats Holdings, parent company of the 110-unit Tijuana Flats Tex-Mex chain, announced Wednesday the promotion of Monique Yeager to CMO.

As CMO, Yeager will oversee Tijuana Flat’s systemwide marketing and public relations, including brand positioning, advertising, promotional campaigns, social media strategies, local marketing and external communications, the company said. Yeager, who joined the company in early 2014, most recently served as vice president of marketing.

"In the year and half she has been with us, her contributions have made a positive impact on the brand,” CEO Brad Kaemmer said. “As a result of her extensive industry experience, Monique and her team continue to move Tijuana Flats forward and help elevate us to the next level.”

Prior to joining Tijuana Flats, Yeager worked with a variety of brands including Hooters, Sonny’s Franchise Co. and Tony Roma’s Steakhouse.
