Tilted Kilt has promoted CFO Eddie Goitia to CEO, and elevated VP of Operations Logan Reves to COO in a rare management change for the “breastaurant” chain.

Goitia will be responsible for day-to-day management, while Reves will oversee menu development, marketing and training, the franchisor indicated.

Longtime day-to-day chief Ron Lynch retains his prior positions as president and chairman, with strategic oversight.

“Eddie and Logan are two exemplary additions to the Tilted Kilt executive team. With an inside knowledge of the restaurant industry and the Tilted Kilt brand, there is no better choice to help usher the brand into its next phase of growth,” Lynch said in a statement.

Tilted Kilt operates or franchises about 100 full-service Scottish-theme pubs.
