Two Distributors Join Legacy Foodservice Alliance

GLEN ALLEN, VA (August 13, 2013)—Connecticut distributor Dandy Foods and New York distributor Sansone Food Products, Inc. recently joined the nearly four-year-old distributor/supplier group, Legacy Foodservice Alliance.

Dandy Foods started in produce and institutional food distribution over 75 years ago, and has since grown into a broadline foodservice distributor. Now operating in its third generation, and coupled with a custom meat department, Dandy Foods services Connecticut and New York.

Since 1930, Italian specialty distributor Sansone Food Products, Inc. has serviced families, pizzerias, and restaurants in the New York Metro area.

The two companies are amont more than 100 distributors that have joined Legacy Foodservice Alliance since the group began accepting distributor members in December of 2009.
