US Foods Selects Newest Food Fanatics Chef

ROSEMONT, IL (August 19, 2013)—Los Angeles-based Chef Aaron Williams has been selected as US Foods’ next Food Fanatics Chef. Williams debuted in his new role at the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo in Los Angeles this month.

Food Fanatics Chef Aaron provided a culinary demonstration at the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo focusing on handheld California-inspired dim sum,and served as a judge for the second annual Culinary Clash, an interactive competition to raise funds for the California Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.
