Wood Wyant Joins Network Services

Wood Wyant is a client-focused, national provider of cleaning and maintenance solutions to the industrial, commercial and institutional markets in Canada. Founded in 1922 and headquartered in Laval, PQ, Wood Wyant has 17 locations across Canada. The distributorship conducts training, develops customer-specific cleaning programs, and provides call-in and mobile technical service for maintenance equipment.

"Wood Wyant is Network's first janitorial member based in Canada, significantly expanding our presence in North America," said R. James Alexy, president and ceo of Network Services. "Its key brands and services in Canada are a good match with Network's jan-san offering in the United States."

Alexy noted that Network has also developed a significant presence in Europe during the last two years through alliances and a new member, INPACS GbmH, based in Germany.

"Our growing global presence enables us to expand our value to suppliers and customers and increase our service to international corporations," he said.

"Wood Wyant is very pleased to be joining Network," said Pierre Goudreault, president of Wood Wyant. "Wood Wyant's national presence provides American and international Network janitorial customers a one-stop solution for serving Canada. Our team of trained professionals has extensive experience in offering innovative systems to customers to help them optimize their results. This is also a good platform for our Canadian customers wanting a good solution to service their U.S. based operations."
