Chipotle Mexican Grill is once again adding to its employee benefits, announcing Tuesday that it will provide access to mental healthcare and other expanded resources to all of its more than 80,000 employees beginning next year.

All Chipotle workers, including part-time employees and their family members, can receive mental health and emotional support through in-person, phone or virtual visits with a licensed counselor. The benefit is available regardless of whether the employee is enrolled in the company’s medical plan.

“This is just the beginning of how we’re strategically investing in the well-being of our employees and their families,” Marissa Andrada, Chipotle’s chief people officer, said in a statement.  “Our vision for people is to create a culture where employees can thrive and pursue their passion and by extending access to all levels and enriching our Employee Assistance Program, we are ensuring that our employees can build mental fitness and bring their best selves to work every day.”

Other additions to Chipotle’s benefits package for 2020 include access to an online healthcare portal, enhanced healthcare plans for hourly employees, access to a financial counseling platform and discounts at national health club chains.
