The federal employee retention tax credit (ERTC) is designed for restaurants who have struggled during the COVID-19 pandemic. If your restaurant was subject to partial capacity restrictions or sustained losses of 20% in gross receipts or more during a calendar quarter, you’re likely eligible for up to $7,000 per employee per quarter. On Wed., April 20, at 2 p.m. ET, you will hear from Glen Frost, Managing Partner at Frost Law, a leading tax advisory firm, about how they help small and medium-sized restaurants simply amend their tax returns to qualify for ERTC funds. Aaron Frazier, National Restaurant Association’s VP of Public Policy will also join to discuss what restaurants need to know about this program. Once processed, ERTC is received as a fully refundable credit. Register today to learn more.
