Court Confirms W.S. Lee & Sons Reorganization Plan; Broadliner to Become Lee Food Service

The order, signed 13 months after the company filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, signals the start of a 10-day period, during which company management will finalize details in order to emerge from Chapter 11 as a new company named Lee Food Service, Inc.
