Crawford Promoted to Executive Vice President at Perkins



{mosimage}In this new position, Crawford will assume the control of all daily operational areas including management responsibilities for finance, information services and warehouse/distribution, in addition to his current management responsibilities for sales, customer service, purchasing, quality and marketing.

"I have no doubt that Bob will continue to deliver great results," said Larry Perkins, president.

Crawford started at Perkins in 1980. After spending time managing an acquired branch in Rhode Island for which he was hired, he was transferred to Perkins' Brockton headquarters as the sales manager. In 1995, Crawford was named senior vice president of sales and in 2000 he was promoted to senior vice president of sales and purchasing to reflect his added responsibilities in purchasing, quality and marketing.
