Keith Kilgore, recently named president of Avalon Foodservice, Canal Fulton, Ohio (ID Management Report, July 18) has resigned for personal reasons.

Terry O'Connor, president emeritus, has resumed the president's post at the $43-million broadline house. The company will seek a new executive vice president, as a consequence of Kilgore's departure.
