Koch Promoted to PMA Vice President Member Relations



Koch brings 20 years of association management and marketing experience to the position.

"In this capacity, Koch will provide overall strategic direction for the association's member retention and recruitment programs. Responsibilities include overseeing new products and services and consumer, member, and industry market research," said PMA president Bryan Silbermann. "Her passion and understanding of the business tools members need is an invaluable asset to PMA members."

Koch joined PMA in 1995 and has served as the association's director of member relations and director of member programs. In 2001, she earned the accreditation of Certified Association Executive (CAE) from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). Prior to joining PMA, Koch gained experience in various research and public relations positions with several non-profit organizations. She earned a degree in journalism from the University of Maryland. Koch resides with her family here.
