Pittsburgh-based casual-dining chain Primanti Bros. Restaurant and Bar hired its first chief marketing officer, the company announced Thursday.

Adam Golomb, who most recently served as senior director of gift card merchandising for Giant Eagle, will oversee the restaurant concept’s marketing strategy, menu development and concept strategy.

“With Adam’s unique skillset and experience, he is a natural choice to lead the marketing efforts, which will help expand the Primanti Bros. concept,” David Head, the company’s CEO, said in a statement.

Golomb also worked in marketing for Eat ‘n Park Hospitality Group.

Primanti Bros. Restaurant and Bar, which first opened in 1933, currently has 44 units.
