New Distributor joins Pro*Act Network

MONTEREY, CA (April 9, 2012)—PRO*ACT announced that Carlo Masi Sons & Daughter has joined its national distribution network. The company will cover the Utica/Syracuse, N.Y., area for PRO*ACT, a fresh produce supplier
to the foodservice industry.

Founded in 1958 by Carlo and Elizabeth Masi, Carlo Masi Sons & Daughter is now managed by five of the couple’s seven children and distributes fresh fruits and vegetables, deli items and specialty products to foodservice operators, retailers and wholesalers from a 25,000-square-foot warehouse.
