Russell Named to Sysco Investor Relations Team



Most recently Russell had been director, investor relations at Delta Air Lines since 2005.

Russell, 36, began his career in 1995 with America West Airlines holding various positions in strategic planning and revenue management. After transitioning to Delta in 1998, he served nine years in various roles of increasing responsibility including director, financial analysis and positions within strategic planning and market analysis.

Born in Rochester, NY, Russell was raised in Denver. In 1994 he received his Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ, and in 2004 he earned an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, NY. He and his wife, Jill, have one daughter and will relocate to the Houston area in the near future.
