Spraggins Named Market VP at Progressive Group Alliance

Spraggins will continue to oversee the creation, development and execution of elements associated with the Supplier Marketing program. He will also have general responsibility for the efforts of Marketing Services, Brand Development, Brand Marketing, Success Solutions, Packaging and Labeling, and Communications.
