Yes, guest comment cards. Probably the most cost-effective and valuable way to gather data, collect feedback, and provide answers to your most perplexing questions. In a previous post on Guest Comment Cards, we talked about how they can help ensure that unhappy guests to your restaurant don't walk out the door and never return. But comment cards can do much more.

Take the question "Why don't desserts sell?" Add a few specific questions to your comment card or create a special card to shed some light on the subject. Take a look at a this sample:
